The Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award is the nation's oldest and and most prestigious award bestowed on a college quarterback. Fans can vote online for their favorite QB. The top three fan votes in the first round are automatically named semi-finalists for the Davey O'Brien Award. After that, the fan vote will count for 5% in determining the ultimate winner (the rest is determined by the Davey O'Brien National Selection Committee, which is comprised of national sportswriters and analysts and former award winners).

I would like to take this opportunity to encourage all of you to vote for the QB of the #11 ranked Missouri Tigers, Chase Daniel. (Yes, I know our ranking would still be in the single digits if Chase hadn't had such a rough game against Oklahoma State, but that is neither here nor there because we all still love our boys in black and gold....and really, does anyone even know who Oklahoma State's QB is?).
